Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Server logs
When you visit the website, the web server records technical data: IP address, time, the page opened and browser type. The purpose is operation and security. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. The server is operated by Hostinger in Frankfurt, Germany (EU/EEA).
When you contact me
If you write by email, call, or use WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram, I process your name, contact details and what you write, in order to reply and, if relevant, make an offer. The legal basis is contract or pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Billing records are kept as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires. WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram also process data under their own terms.
Contacting businesses
I contact businesses to offer website and marketing services. For this I use publicly available company information, such as the company's general email address, website and data from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Marketing emails are sent only to companies' general addresses, in line with section 15 of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act. If you reply "no thanks" or ask not to be contacted, I record this and will not contact you again.
Sharing
I do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers needed to run the business (email with Google Workspace and hosting with Hostinger), and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email vlad@lysechko.com and I will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
