Who you are dealing with
Services are provided by LYSECHKO DIGITAL, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Enhetsregisteret), org. no. 938 639 191, Sandneslia 70, 1927 Rånåsfoss, Norway. Services
Websites and landing pages, setup and management of ads on Google, Meta and TikTok, SEO and local visibility, tracking with GA4 and GTM, and AI and automation. Services are provided to businesses.
Offer and agreement
Every assignment starts with a written offer stating scope, price and timeline. The agreement is made when the client confirms the offer in writing, for example by email. Changes in scope are agreed in writing before work starts.
Prices and VAT
Prices are stated in the offer. LYSECHKO DIGITAL is currently not registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, so no VAT is charged. When the business becomes VAT registered, clients will be informed and VAT will be added according to the rules in force.
Invoicing and payment
Invoices are issued by LYSECHKO DIGITAL with its organisation number. Payment is made only by bank transfer to the business account in a Norwegian bank. Cash is not accepted. Payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise agreed. For larger website projects, partial payment at start and on delivery may be agreed. Ongoing services such as SEO and ad management are invoiced monthly.
Ad budget
The ad budget is paid by the client directly to Google, Meta or TikTok, in the client's own ad account. LYSECHKO DIGITAL invoices only its own work and does not handle the client's advertising funds. The client owns its ad accounts, tracking setup and data.
Delivery and ownership
Once the website is paid for, the client owns the content and design made for the client. Domain and hosting are registered in the client's name, or transferred to the client on request. Third party assets such as images, fonts and software follow the supplier's licences.
Termination
Ongoing services can be terminated in writing with one month's notice, unless the offer says otherwise. An agreed minimum period, for example three months for SEO, applies from the start.
Results and liability
Ads and SEO depend on the market, competition and platform rules. I do not promise specific results, but I report openly on what has been done and what the numbers show. Liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the service in question and does not cover indirect loss.
Privacy and confidentiality
Information about the client and the client's business is treated as confidential. When I process personal data on behalf of the client, for example enquiries from a form, a data processing agreement is signed. See also the privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
Norwegian law applies. Disagreements are to be resolved amicably. If that fails, the Romerike and Glåmdal District Court is the agreed venue.
