Who you are buying from
The learning area is run by LYSECHKO DIGITAL, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, org. no. 938 639 191, Sandneslia 70, 1927 Rånåsfoss, Norway. Owner and contact person: Vladyslav Lysechko, vlad@lysechko.com, +47 462 17 168. Questions and complaints go to the same email address.
What these terms cover
The learning area has three parts for every guide: an introduction that everyone can read, part 1 that opens with an account at no cost, and a full program that you can buy. These terms apply to the account, to part 1 and to every purchase. For other services from LYSECHKO DIGITAL, such as websites and ads, the terms of service apply.
Your account
- You create an account with your email address. We send you an activation link, and the account is active when you click it. There is no password: to sign in again, you ask for a new link.
- A link works for 24 hours. Keep it to yourself, because anyone with the link can sign in to your account while it is valid.
- The account is personal. Do not share it or the content behind it.
- You can delete your account at any time on the account page. Accounts that are never activated are deleted after 7 days. Accounts without a sign in for 24 months are deleted.
- We may close an account that is used to share or resell the content, or to attack the service.
Part 1 with an account
Part 1 of every guide opens when your account is active. It costs nothing and you do not commit to anything by opening it. We may improve, change or remove part 1 over time.
The full programs
A full program continues a guide module by module. The modules of each program are listed on its guide page and on the checkout page before you pay. You can buy one program or all of them together.
- Delivery: access in your learning account, right after payment, as web pages with text, prompts, files and short videos. Nothing is sent on a physical medium.
- What you need: a modern browser. To follow the steps you need the tools named on the guide page, for example Claude Code with a Claude plan, which you buy from their providers yourself.
- How long: you keep access to a program you bought for as long as the learning area is online, and at least 24 months from the purchase.
Payment is not open yet. Right now no program can be bought, and no money is taken on this website. These terms describe how a purchase will work when payment opens.
Price and payment
The price of each program is shown in Norwegian kroner on the guide page and on the checkout page before you pay. The price shown is the total price you pay. LYSECHKO DIGITAL is not registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, so no VAT is added. There are no extra fees from us. The payment methods and the payment provider are shown at checkout.
Order and confirmation
The agreement is made when you have accepted these terms, given or declined the consent described below, and the payment is approved. Before your access opens, we send a confirmation by email with the order, the price, these terms and, if you gave it, your consent to immediate access. Keep that email.
Right of withdrawal and immediate access
As a consumer you normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made (angrerettloven § 21).
A program is digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium. If you want access to start right away, you must tick a box at checkout where you expressly ask for access to start before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal when access starts. When you have given that consent and we have sent the confirmation, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has started (angrerettloven § 22 letter n).
You do not have to give this consent. If you do not want to, write to us before you pay or at vlad@lysechko.com: your access then starts when the 14 days have passed, and until then you can withdraw and get the full amount back.
To withdraw, send us a clear message by email within the deadline, for example with the standard withdrawal form (angreskjema) that comes with the order confirmation. We pay the amount back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your message, with the same payment method you used.
If something does not work
The program must match its description and work as described. If it does not, tell us within a reasonable time after you noticed it. Under the Norwegian Digital Content Act (digitalytelsesloven) you can then ask us to fix it, and if we do not fix it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the agreement and get your money back. You may also have a right to compensation. A fault that shows within one year after delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery.
How you may use the content
- The prompts, templates and code in part 1 and in the programs may be used in your own projects and in projects for your clients.
- You may not copy, share, publish or sell the guide texts, videos or the program as a whole, or give others access to your account.
- The rights to the content stay with LYSECHKO DIGITAL.
No promises of results
The guides teach how I set up these systems for my own work. Results depend on your accounts, your data, your market and the rules of the platforms you use. We do not promise any result. You are responsible for your own systems, keys and accounts, and for following the rules of Meta, Google, Telegram, your email provider and others when you use what you learn.
Changes
We keep the guides up to date, so content can change. You keep access to the program you bought, in its updated form. If we change these terms, the version you accepted applies to your purchase. The date of this version is at the top of the page.
Privacy in the learning area
LYSECHKO DIGITAL is the controller for the personal data in the learning area. The general privacy policy applies too. This section adds what is special for the learning area.
What we store
- Your email address, your language and which guide you started from.
- When you created and activated the account and when you last signed in.
- Which version of these terms you accepted, and when.
- Whether you ticked the box for emails with new guides and offers, the text of that box, when your consent took effect and, if you unsubscribed, when. Which emails of the series below we have sent you, and when.
- Requests to be told when payment opens, and later your purchases: program, amount, time, your consent to immediate access and when the confirmation was sent.
No password is stored, because there is none. Sign in links and sessions are stored only in a scrambled form (a hash), so they cannot be read from the database. IP addresses are not stored in the account database. The web server's own logs are handled as described in the general privacy policy.
Why, and the legal basis
- Your account and access, so we can deliver what you asked for: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Emails with new guides and offers, only if you ticked the box: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Purchase records: legal obligation under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
The activation and sign in emails, and one short email right after activation that asks whether part 1 works for you, are part of the service you asked for, not marketing.
Emails with new guides and offers
When you create your account you can tick a separate box: "Send me new guides and offers by email". It is not ticked in advance, and you do not need it to use the account. Your consent takes effect when you click the activation link, and we store when you gave it and the text you agreed to (markedsføringsloven § 15). With it, we send three short emails during your first week about the guide you started from: the story behind it, what the full program contains and the price when it is set, and answers to common questions. After that you only get emails when a new guide or an offer comes out. Every one of these emails names the sender and has an unsubscribe link: one click, and they stop.
Cookie
The learning area uses one cookie, lk_learn. It is set only when you click your activation or sign in link, and it keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. It is strictly necessary to give you the service you asked for, so it does not need a consent banner (ekomloven § 3-15). It is not used for tracking or advertising. Signing out deletes it. The rest of the website uses no cookies.
How long we keep it
- Accounts that are never activated: deleted after 7 days.
- Active accounts: until you delete the account, or after 24 months without a sign in.
- Purchase records: as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires, also after the account is deleted. Access ends when the account is deleted.
Who processes it for us
The learning area runs on our server operated by Hostinger in Frankfurt, Germany (EU/EEA). Emails are sent through Google Workspace. When payment opens, the payment provider will be named here and at checkout. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can delete the account yourself on the account page, or email vlad@lysechko.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Complaints and disputes
Write to vlad@lysechko.com first, and we will try to solve it quickly. If we do not agree, you can ask the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation, and after that bring the case to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
Law
Norwegian law applies, including the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), the Digital Content Act (digitalytelsesloven) and the Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven). This does not take away mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
Laws: angrerettloven · digitalytelsesloven · markedsføringsloven · ekomloven · prisopplysningsforskriften (Lovdata).
