Eva lives in the team chat, checks every campaign every 20 minutes and answers with numbers, not paragraphs. This guide shows how to build your own version with Claude Code, starting read only and safe.

Part 1 open with your account Full program 7 modules Time About 3 hours for part 1

What you get

  • A Telegram bot that answers questions about your Meta ads in the team chat
  • A report for spend, leads and cost per lead per campaign
  • The rule book that makes her decisions consistent
  • A run every 20 minutes on your own computer or server
  • Every prompt from the video, ready to copy

You need

  • Claude Code with a Claude plan that includes it (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) or an Anthropic API key
  • Admin access to the Meta business portfolio that owns the ad account
  • Telegram and a team chat
  • A computer or a small server that can run a task on a schedule
  • Basic comfort with a terminal

What Eva is

Eva is an AI assistant for Meta ads that lives in the team chat in Telegram. She answers questions about the ad account with numbers, checks every campaign on a schedule and acts inside limits that I set. She runs on Claude Code, the coding agent from Anthropic, on my own Claude plan.

She writes like an experienced colleague: one or two sentences, numbers instead of adjectives. Someone asks what leads cost this week, and a few seconds later the answer is there: cost per lead, cost per qualified lead from the CRM, the best and the worst campaign.

Why she works like a specialist, not a toy

Reports are the easy part. What makes the difference is the rule book she follows on every decision:

  1. One variable at a time. She copies the winning ad and changes one thing, so you know what made the difference.
  2. Judge on day 3, by the cost of a qualified lead. Not by clicks and not by the cost of any lead. A lead counts when the CRM says it became a real conversation with a customer.
  3. Meta's rules before launch. Every new ad is checked against Meta's advertising standards before it goes live.

On top of that she works inside guardrails: budgets, what she may pause on her own and what needs my yes. When she acts, she says it in the chat as a fact, for example "Retarget 2: qualified lead 340 kr against 93 average. Pausing it now." The team always knows what happened and why.

How she runs every 20 minutes

A scheduler starts Claude Code every 20 minutes. Claude reads new messages in the chat, pulls fresh numbers from the Meta Marketing API, checks them against the rule book and writes a short answer or a decision. Then the run stops until the next one.

Every launch is reviewed afterwards and goes into her case library, so the next launch starts from what worked last time.

Honest limits. Eva is as good as her rule book, her data and the limits you give her. That is why part 1 is read only: she reads and reports, and nothing in the ad account can change. Decisions and changes come later, with clear limits.

Who this guide is for

Marketers and business owners who run Meta ads themselves or with a small team, and agencies that want faster answers for clients. You do not need to be a developer: Claude Code writes the code, you decide the rules. You should be comfortable running a command in a terminal and pasting a token into a file.

Questions and answers

Does Eva change my campaigns on her own?

Not in part 1: there she only reads and reports. In the full program she can pause or adjust inside limits you write down yourself, and anything outside those limits waits for your yes in the chat. Every action is announced in the chat as a fact.

What does it cost to run Eva?

The running cost is your Claude plan. A run every 20 minutes is 72 runs a day, and every Claude plan has usage limits, so start with a short run and check your usage after the first days. You can also run her less often at night.

Can Eva work in Slack instead of Telegram?

Yes. The logic is the same for any chat with a bot API. The guide uses Telegram because a bot is made in a few minutes with BotFather and works well in a group chat.

Is my ad account safe?

In part 1 the token only has the ads_read permission, so Eva cannot change anything even by mistake. Tokens stay in a .env file on your machine, never in the code, the chat or git.
