The idea
Pure AI video often looks fake, and plain footage drowns in the feed. What works is real footage with one surprising AI moment that makes people stop, and a fixed style that makes the content recognizable.
What I made
- A reel with an AI moment. My own gym footage, where an AI cat walks in, bench presses and flexes before my real set.
- A test of seven models. The same clip in seven video models side by side, to pick the most natural motion.
- Fixed styles. Two recipes for talking head videos where AI inserts illustrate each point, with sound design and captions.
- Carousels from an AI agent. An agent makes carousels in my brand style twice a day and sends them to Telegram and Google Drive for approval.
- Short videos about websites. YouTube Shorts about websites for barbers, electricians, clinics and other trades.
The result
The reel is 36 seconds in 9:16, and the model test turned the choice of video model into a decision based on what we actually saw. The AI agent has made 29 carousels with 208 slides in one style, ready to post.
The same method works for AI video ads and UGC style ads: real footage from the job, one AI moment that stops the scroll, and copy that says what the customer gets.
