Cold email isn't dead. Spam is. Here are both prompts from the video

The outreach bot I bring to companies starts with two prompts, and here they are. One finds your reason to write, the other writes the first email. You run both in Claude Code. How the bot is built, step by step, is a paid course.

Part 1 open with your account Full program 7 modules Time About 1 hour for part 1

What you get

  • Both prompts from the video, ready to copy
  • A clear picture of who to write to: the kind of company and the people who decide
  • Signals you can see from outside, each with a reason to write that you can check
  • Three versions of a short first email, with a clear way to say no
  • The rules for the countries you write to, read before anything goes out

You need

  • Claude Code with a Claude plan that includes it, or an Anthropic API key
  • One sentence about your offer and a description of your three best clients
  • A list of the countries you want to write to

What the two prompts give you

  • Who to write to: the companies that fit your offer and the people there who decide.
  • Why you are writing: things you can see from outside, such as a job post or a new location, and for each one a reason to write that anyone can check.
  • The first email: three short versions built on that reason, each with a question that takes one word to answer and a clear way to say no.
  • A check before you send: Claude reviews each version, and this guide adds the country rules you need to read first.

Why most cold email gets deleted

Spam starts with the sender: who I am, what I sell, why I am great. The reader has no reason to care, so the email is gone in two seconds.

An email with a reason starts with them. You opened a second location. You are hiring. Your new website takes bookings by phone only. If the reason is true and has to do with their job, you have earned one short question. That is what the two prompts are for.

What stays in the course

This guide does not show how the bot is built or which tools it runs on. That is the course. Part 1 is where it starts: two prompts you run yourself, so you can see if the method fits your business before you spend anything on it.

Who this guide is for

Founders, consultants and small sales teams who sell to other companies and hate cold calling. You need no technical background: you paste text and read what comes back.

Questions and answers

Is cold email legal in Europe?

It depends on the country. In Norway a person's own work address needs prior consent, while an address like post@company.no does not. In Germany email advertising generally needs prior express consent. Everywhere in the EU and EEA a person can object to direct marketing at any time. Part 1 has the details and the sources. This is not legal advice.

Do the prompts send anything?

No. They write text. Nothing goes out until you send it yourself.

Do I need Apollo for this?

Not for part 1. The two prompts work with what you know about your clients and what you can see on a company's website. Finding companies with Apollo is part of the course.

Can I use these prompts in another AI tool?

Yes. They are plain text and depend on nothing special in Claude Code. This guide uses Claude Code because that is the tool in the video.

Which tools does the bot itself run on?

That stays in the course. The two prompts here depend on none of it.

Will this fill my calendar?

Nobody can promise that. You get a sharper reason to write and a shorter email. What happens next depends on your offer and your market, so count your own replies.
