The starting point
A private Telegram group is a common way to sell courses and coaching. But when every payment is checked and every link is sent by hand, evenings go to admin work, and people who start without paying are forgotten.
What I built
- Payment to invite link. Welcome, payment options, a screenshot of the receipt as proof and a button with a personal invite link.
- Reminders. A daily reminder to people who started without paying, and in one version a separate post with an image two hours after start.
- Admin menu in Telegram. The owner messages all users and edits the welcome text, payment details and group link without touching code.
- Alerts. The owner is notified when someone pays or joins any of the groups, and join and leave messages are deleted automatically.
- Card payments. One version takes cards through Stripe and a QR code.
- Hosting. Each bot runs as its own service on the server, and one version deploys from GitHub and rolls back by itself if the bot does not start.
The result
Five course creators got their own bot on the same engine, with their own texts, prices and groups. Owners no longer send links by hand, buyers get an answer instantly around the clock, and people who did not pay get a reminder without anyone having to remember. Every owner got a short guide in their own language.
