It sounds human. And says it isn't. Here are both prompts from the video
The voice agent I build for companies connects to their phone system over SIP and sells their product. What makes it work is the timing and a human tone. The technology stays in my lectures. Here are two prompts for Claude Code: one writes a call script that sounds human, the other stress tests it with six nasty calls.

A role for your agent and an opening that is honest about being an AI
The questions that tell you if a caller is a fit
Short answers to the objections you hear most
Six hard calls written out, with the robotic lines found and rewritten
You need
Claude Code with a Claude plan that includes it, or an Anthropic API key
A clear idea of what you sell by phone, and what a good call ends with
The objections you really hear from callers
What the two prompts give you
A call script: who the agent is, how it opens, what it asks, how it handles objections and how a call ends with a meeting.
Speech, not text: short sentences written the way people talk, with marks where the agent stops and the caller talks.
A stress test: six hard calls written out, and every line that sounded robotic or promised too much rewritten.
Why the script comes first
Phone talk is not written text. A line that reads well on a screen can sound stiff out loud, and a list read over the phone is the fastest way to lose someone. The silences matter as much as the words: a caller needs room to answer, and a bot that talks over them or leaves them waiting stops feeling like a conversation.
You can get the script right before you touch any technology, and whatever you build later has to follow it anyway.
What stays in the lectures
This guide does not show how the agent connects to your phone line or how it gets its timing. That is only for people who buy my voice agent lectures. Part 1 needs none of it: you work with text.
Who this guide is for
Companies that sell by phone and owners who miss calls while they work. You need no technical background: you paste text, read what comes back and read it aloud.

Voice agent lectures with Claude Code
Part 1 gives you a working first version. The full program takes it all the way to a setup you can run every day.
From script to agentHow the script from part 1 becomes an agent that follows it on a real call.
Your phone line over SIPConnecting the agent to the number your customers already call.
TimingWhat makes a call feel like a conversation, and where the silence comes from.
A human toneChoosing and tuning the voice, so it sounds like a person on a good line.
Interruptions and noiseWhat should happen when the caller talks over the agent or repeats themselves.
Qualifying and bookingA few short questions, answers to objections and a meeting in your calendar.
Rules, testing and going liveSaying it is an AI, who you may call, testing with hard calls and listening to the first real ones.
PriceThe price is shown here before payment opens.
No. It is a recreated demo, and it is marked that way on screen. Nora and the clinic do not exist.
Do I have to say it is an AI?
In the EU the AI Act (Article 50) requires AI systems that talk directly with people to be built so that people are told, unless it is obvious. Norway has not brought the act into its own law yet (checked 1 November 2026). The first prompt puts it in the first sentence either way. This is not legal advice.
Can the agent make cold calls?
I would not build it for that. In Norway automated calling systems need prior consent for marketing, and consumers in the reservation register are off limits unless they asked. Answer the people who call you, and call back the ones who asked for a call. Part 1 has the details and the sources.
Which tools is your agent built on?
That is what the lectures are for. The two prompts here depend on none of it.
Can I use these prompts in another AI tool?
Yes. They are plain text and depend on nothing special in Claude Code. This guide uses Claude Code because that is the tool in the video.
Will this make my agent sell?
Nobody can promise that. The prompts give you a script that has been through hard calls. How it sells depends on your offer, your callers and how the agent is built.
I have worked with ads on Google, Meta and TikTok for more than seven years and personally managed ad budgets from $1,000 a day up to $50,000 a month. For the last two years I have built websites, automations and AI assistants with AI every day. I help local businesses in Oslo and on Romerike get more calls and bookings. LinkedIn
