Dental website design that turns visitors into booked patients

A dental website has one job: make a new patient trust you enough to book. I design dental practice websites with clear treatments, the team up front, reviews before the form and a booking button that is always one tap away on mobile.

In short

Lysechko Digital designs dental websites for practices in the United States. You get a fast, mobile first site with a page for every treatment, your dentists, reviews, insurance and financing, a booking path on every page and the technical SEO a local practice needs. Two dental concepts, Smilverket and Fjordsmil, open as real websites, and the price is fixed in writing before work starts.

What a dental website needs to book new patients

Patients compare two or three practices before they call. The site that answers their questions fastest usually wins the booking. These are the parts I build into every dental website:

  • A page for every treatment. Implants, Invisalign, veneers, crowns, root canals, emergency visits and children's dentistry each get their own page with what happens, how long it takes, what it costs or how pricing works, and a booking button. These pages are also what ranks for searches like “dental implants near me”.
  • Trust before the form. Your dentists with photo, education and focus, real reviews, before and after photos with patient consent, and memberships you hold.
  • Insurance and financing. The PPO plans you accept, in network status, your membership plan and financing options. For many US patients this decides the booking.
  • A short booking path. Call and book buttons that stay on screen on mobile, and your online scheduling tool or a request form with preferred times.
  • Speed and accessibility. Compressed images, a fast first screen on mobile and WCAG 2.1 AA basics such as contrast, alt text and keyboard navigation. Website accessibility claims under the ADA are common in the US, and dental practices are among the businesses that receive them.

Patient forms and HIPAA

A marketing website should not collect health information through a plain contact form. I keep the website form to name, phone, email and a preferred time, and link intake forms, payments and records to the HIPAA compliant system you already use, such as your practice management software or your online forms provider. That keeps the website itself out of the protected health information flow.

Local SEO built in from day one

The site launches with the base that local search needs: one page per treatment and per office, Dentist schema markup with your hours and address, the same name, address and phone as in your Google Business Profile, clean internal links and fast mobile pages. I also write short, factual answers about treatments and insurance that Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT can quote.

Ranking in a competitive city takes ongoing work on content, reviews and links. That is what the dental SEO service covers.

What affects the price

The fixed price depends on the number of treatment pages and offices, whether we use your own photos or need new ones, the booking and review tools to connect, how much copy I write, and whether you need a second language such as Spanish. You get one number in writing before any work starts, and the domain and hosting are set up in your name.

How it works

  1. Short call. We talk about your practice, the patients you want more of, the treatments that matter most and the booking system you use.
  2. Written proposal. A list of pages, a fixed price and a plan, so you know exactly what you get.
  3. Design. I design the homepage first. When you are happy with it, every other page follows the same style.
  4. Build and SEO. Treatment and office pages, Dentist schema, a check of your Google Business Profile, GA4 and conversion tracking for calls and bookings.
  5. Launch and handover. The site goes live on your domain after you have reviewed every page on a staging link, and you get all logins.

Questions and answers

How much does a dental website cost?

It depends on the number of treatment pages and offices, the integrations and how much copy is needed. I give you a fixed price in writing after a short call, and the domain and hosting are set up in your name.

How long does it take to build a dental website?

Most of the time goes into content: treatment details, team bios, photos and reviews. The written proposal includes the plan, and you review every page on a staging link before launch.

Can patients book online from the website?

Yes. I connect the online scheduling tool you use, or add a request form with preferred times, and the booking button stays on screen on every page, also on mobile.

Is the website HIPAA compliant?

The website form only asks for contact details and a preferred time, never for health information. Intake forms and records stay in the HIPAA compliant system you already use, linked from the site.

Will a new website help us rank on Google?

It gives you the technical base: one page per treatment and office, Dentist schema, fast mobile pages and clean internal links. Ranking in a competitive city also needs ongoing work, which the dental SEO service covers.

You are in Norway. How does this work for a US practice?

Everything is remote. We talk in English over Google Meet or Zoom, you review the site on a staging link, and it launches on your domain. The contract is with Lysechko Digital, a registered sole proprietorship in Norway.
