Contractor website design that brings in quote requests
Homeowners and property managers judge a contractor in seconds: real projects, the services they need, the area you cover and an easy way to ask for a quote. I build contractor websites around exactly that, and two of them are live.
Lysechko Digital designs websites for general contractors, roofers, concrete companies, remodelers and home builders. Each site gets a page per service and per real service area, a project gallery with your own photos, a quote form on every page that lands in your inbox, and the tracking and SEO base for local search. Skedsmo Entreprenør and Skedsmo Anlegg og Betong are live examples, and the price is fixed in writing.

What a contractor website needs
Service pages. One page per job you want more of: roof replacement, repairs, siding, gutters, foundations, kitchens, additions. Each explains the process, what affects the price and shows matching projects.
Service area pages. One page per town where you really work, with jobs you did there. Pages that only swap the city name do not help, and Google treats them as doorway pages.
A project gallery. Your own photos, sorted by service, with before and after where you have it. Real photos beat stock photos for trust.
A short quote form on every page. Name, phone, address, the job and an optional photo. Long forms lose leads.
Proof. License and insurance details, years in business, Google reviews, manufacturer certifications and the warranty terms you offer.
A quote form that actually sends leads
On the old Skedsmo Entreprenør site the contact form sent nothing, and nobody knew how many requests were lost. On the new site every request arrives in the company inbox. On saob.no, its sister site, every form is tracked as a conversion in Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads after consent. I test every form before launch, and you get a short routine to check them every month.
Roofing company websites
Roofers need a few extra pages: an inspection request, storm and hail damage with how insurance claims work, financing, and an explanation of the roof system you install. The Møne Bygg concept walks the visitor through the six layers of a roof and a ten day replacement plan, and the Takfjell concept shows projects with a before and after slider. Both open as real websites.
Built for local SEO
Every site launches with the base for local search: service and area pages linked to each other, RoofingContractor or GeneralContractor schema markup, the same name, address and phone as your Google Business Profile, and fast pages even with large galleries. On skedsmoentreprenor.no the images went from 143 MB to 19 MB. Ongoing ranking work is part of SEO for contractors.
What affects the price
The fixed price depends on the number of services and areas, the size of the project gallery, the copy I write, and integrations such as the CRM or field service software you use. You get one number in writing before work starts, and the domain, hosting and all logins are yours.
How it works
Short call. Your services, the jobs and towns you want more of, and how you get leads today.
Written proposal. Pages, integrations, a fixed price and a plan.
Design. Design options for the homepage. The owner of saob.no chose between seven.
Build. Service and area pages, gallery, quote form, schema, GA4 and Google Ads conversions.
Launch and handover. The site goes live on your domain, every form is tested, and you get all logins.
Contractor website examples
Two live websites for construction companies and a roofing concept, with what was built and what changed.
It depends on the number of services and areas, the gallery and integrations. I give you a fixed price in writing after a short call, and the domain and hosting are in your name.
Do I need a page for every city I serve?
Only for areas where you really work and can show projects. A city page with real jobs, photos and local details helps you rank there. Copies with the city name swapped do not.
Can you use my existing photos and reviews?
Yes. I sort and compress your photos so the site stays fast; the Skedsmo Entreprenør gallery has 138 real photos. Google reviews can be shown on the site as well.
Will quote requests go to my CRM?
They can go to your inbox and to the CRM or field service software you use, and every request is tracked as a conversion in GA4 and Google Ads after consent.
Do you build websites for roofing companies?
Yes. Roofing sites get pages for inspections, storm damage and insurance claims, financing and the roof systems you install. See the Møne Bygg and Takfjell concepts.
You are in Norway. How does this work for a US contractor?
Everything is remote. We talk in English over Google Meet or Zoom, you review the site on a staging link, and it launches on your domain. The contract is with Lysechko Digital, a registered sole proprietorship in Norway.
I have worked with ads on Google, Meta and TikTok for more than seven years and personally managed ad budgets from $1,000 a day up to $50,000 a month. For the last two years I have built websites, automations and AI assistants with AI every day. I work remotely with clients in Norway and abroad, and every number on this page comes from a project you can open in the case studies. LinkedIn
