Facebook and Instagram ads

Facebook and Instagram ads specialist for leads and sales

I have run Meta ads for more than seven years and managed budgets from $1,000 a day up to $50,000 a month. You work directly with the specialist who builds, runs and reports on your campaigns, not with an account manager.

In short

As a Meta ads specialist I plan, build and run Facebook and Instagram campaigns for leads, bookings and sales: offer and audience strategy, creatives and copy that pass Meta's policies, the Conversions API, and weekly optimization by cost per qualified lead from your CRM. On the day a recruitment campaign was relaunched with new creatives and copy, its cost per qualified lead was 26.30 zł against 70.86 zł for the previous version.

What you get

  • Account audit: structure, pixel and Conversions API, Event Match Quality, policy warnings and wasted spend.
  • Offer and audience strategy: what to promote, to whom, and which signal Meta should optimize for.
  • Creatives and copy: static, video and carousel ads, produced with AI where it saves time, and copy that passes review.
  • Lead path: instant forms, a landing page or WhatsApp, whichever brings better leads for your business.
  • Clean data: Conversions API with deduplication and CRM events.
  • Weekly optimization: pausing what does not work, moving budget to what does and rotating creatives before they wear out.

Optimize for qualified leads, not cheap leads

Cheap leads that never answer the phone cost more than expensive leads that buy. I connect the ad account to your CRM, so every campaign is judged by cost per qualified lead or cost per sale. In a recruitment account this showed that 6,861 of 16,512 zł, 41.6% of the budget, went to eight campaigns with not a single lead in the CRM. That budget moved to campaigns that worked.

Policies and special ad categories

Ads for jobs, housing, credit and financial products in the US must run in a special ad category, which limits targeting by age, gender and ZIP code. Health, weight loss and personal attribute claims are reviewed closely. I write copy that passes review the first time: an AI agent I built found wording Meta does not allow in 163 of 500 ads in one account, and a rewritten campaign got all four of its ads approved.

White label Facebook ads for agencies

Agencies can hire me as extra capacity under their own brand: account builds, creatives, optimization and reporting in your template. I work in your client's Business Manager with partner access, and your client never needs to know I exist.

How it works

  1. Audit. Account structure, tracking, policy issues and where the budget goes today.
  2. Strategy and tracking. Offer, audiences, lead path and the Conversions API set up before scaling.
  3. Creatives and launch. A first batch of creatives and campaigns with clear test plans.
  4. Weekly optimization. Pauses, budget moves and new creatives, based on CRM results.
  5. Monthly review. What worked, what did not and the tests for next month.

Questions and answers

What does a Facebook ads specialist do?

A Facebook ads specialist plans, builds and runs campaigns on Facebook and Instagram: strategy, audiences, creatives, tracking, budget changes and reporting, with the goal of leads or sales at a cost that pays off.

How much should I spend on Facebook ads?

Enough to give Meta data to learn from. Meta's learning phase needs about 50 optimization events per ad set in a week, so the budget depends on your cost per lead and how many ad sets you test. I give you a starting budget in the proposal.

Do you work in my existing ad account?

Yes. You give partner access through your Business Manager, and the ad account, pixel and data stay yours.

Can you make the ad creatives?

Yes. Static images, carousels and short videos, made with AI tools where it saves time and with your own photos and footage where trust matters.

Do you offer white label Facebook ads for agencies?

Yes. I work under your brand, in your client's account, with reports in your template.

How do you report results?

A short weekly update and a monthly review, built on cost per qualified lead or cost per sale from your CRM, not only on clicks and impressions.
