A staffing agency lives on a steady flow of qualified candidates at a cost that leaves a margin. I build the whole candidate funnel: job ads, landing pages, a chatbot that screens, CRM tracking and a dashboard that shows which campaigns bring people who can start.

In short
For a recruitment agency I built and ran the full candidate funnel: Meta and Google job ads, a landing page for every job, a WhatsApp chatbot that screens candidates and creates CRM leads, and a dashboard with cost per qualified lead for every campaign. Results include 67 leads at about 7.7 zł each, 195 screened leads from 526 chatbot conversations, and 51% more clicks from Google.

The candidate funnel
Ads. Job ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google Search, one campaign per role or region.
Landing page. One page per job with pay, location, conditions and a short form or a WhatsApp button.
Screening. A WhatsApp chatbot asks the questions your recruiters ask and filters out people you cannot place.
CRM lead. Every candidate lands in your CRM with all answers and the campaign, ad set and ad.
Dashboard. Cost per lead and cost per qualified lead for every campaign, updated every 30 minutes.
How it works
Funnel audit. Where candidates come from today, what they cost and where they drop out.
Plan. Roles, channels, screening questions and the numbers to track, in writing.
Build. Landing pages, chatbot, CRM fields, Conversions API and the dashboard.
Launch. Job ads on Meta and Google with copy that passes review.
Weekly optimization. Budget moves by cost per qualified candidate, new creatives and new roles.
Job ads that get approved
In the US, job ads on Meta must run in the Employment special ad category, which limits targeting by age, gender and ZIP code. Copy that promises pay or makes claims Meta rejects gets the ads stopped. In the case study the ads were rewritten without those claims; all four ads in the new campaign were approved and brought 67 leads at about 7.7 zł each, and the care work landing page delivered the lowest cost per qualified lead in the account, 33 zł.
Screening candidates on WhatsApp
Candidates answer faster on WhatsApp than by email. The chatbot detects the language, asks where the candidate is, about work status and for a phone number, and creates the CRM lead. In four months it handled 526 conversations: 195 became complete leads, 212 were filtered out automatically, and 8 who stopped halfway were won back. Read more about the WhatsApp chatbot.
Measure qualified candidates, not clicks
The dashboard pulls Meta Ads and CRM data every 30 minutes. After the tracking was cleaned up, 84.3% of ad spend could be matched to a campaign, up from 59.6%, with zero UTM errors. It showed that 6,861 of 16,512 zł, 41.6% of the budget, went to eight campaigns with not a single lead in the CRM, and that money moved to campaigns that worked.
SEO for job pages
Job seekers also search Google directly. On the agency site 85 job pages were opened to Google and 11 landing pages were grouped into a topic cluster. Clicks from Google rose to 373 in 28 days against about 247 the month before. JobPosting structured data can also make your jobs eligible for Google's job search experience.
Recruitment marketing case studies
Four parts of one candidate funnel for a recruitment agency in Poland: ads with landing pages, chatbot screening, the dashboard and SEO.
Recruitment marketing is the use of marketing methods to attract candidates: job ads, landing pages, social media, search, chatbots and follow ups, measured by cost per qualified candidate and per hire.
Which channels work best for staffing agencies?
For high volume roles, Facebook and Instagram often bring the most applicants for the budget. Google Search catches people who search for a job title in a town, and SEO with JobPosting data brings unpaid traffic over time. The dashboard shows which one brings people who can start.
Do job ads have special rules on Meta?
Yes. In the US, ads for jobs must run in the Employment special ad category, with limited targeting by age, gender and ZIP code, and Meta reviews claims about pay and conditions closely.
Can the chatbot screen candidates in several languages?
Yes. It detects the language of the first message and continues in it, while your recruiters see the answers in the CRM.
Which CRM do you work with?
Any CRM with an API or webhooks. The bot and the dashboard in the case study work with the agency's own CRM.
Do you work with agencies in the US?
Yes. Everything is remote, calls are in English, and the contract is with Lysechko Digital, a registered sole proprietorship in Norway.
I have worked with ads on Google, Meta and TikTok for more than seven years and personally managed ad budgets from $1,000 a day up to $50,000 a month. For the last two years I have built websites, automations and AI assistants with AI every day. I work remotely with clients in Norway and abroad, and every number on this page comes from a project you can open in the case studies. LinkedIn
